Franson.BlueTools.dll (.NET CF 1.0) or Franson.BlueTools.200.CF.dll (.NET CF 2.0) should be in the same directory as your
application EXE file or registered in the GAC.
All those DLLs should be copied to the same directory as your
application EXE file (recommended) or to \Windows on your device or. BlueTools.dll. BlueToolsMS.dll (Microsoft stack support). BlueToolsWC.dll (WidComm stack support). BlueToolsWC150.dll (Extended WidComm stack support).
The easiest way to do this is to transfer BlueTools.arm.CAB file to the device and run it, which will install the DLLs
in the \Windows folder.
The native DLLs can be found under:
Start -> Program -> Franson BlueTools SDK -> .NET Compact Framework 1.0 -> Samples & Assemblies -> wince420
